Before you start the crystal report project, you have to install Crystal Report Basic for Visual Studio 2008.
If you have Visual Studio 2008 Installer, you must install the whole packages and Crystal Report Basic 2008.

if you can't, you can do only way. Convert mm3 to zawgyi or wininnwa when export to crystal report."
