Huh? That's impossible. YouTube app is native app on iPad. You just run the YouTube app and make sure your iPad is connected to Internet.

If you are talking about watching your own movies on iPad, you need to sync your movies from iTunes into iPad and use Videos app to watch the movies. Or you can also use other players which can play more video formats such as "flex:player" app which is free.

If you can jailbreak you iPad2 with Absnithe, then you can install VLC player too. But you still need to sync your videos into iPad via iTunes. It's quite easy though.

Try using GoodPlayer apps for iPad. It should works well, u can use wifi to upload and download movie to ur player. Password protect folders. Can restrict age materials. U can stream url, FTP, download and WebDAV.
