Both are different, I think. I'm not familiar with IADCS. I think this is the international degree which is now teaching in KMD, right?

Cisco is certification and it's for your career progress. If you would like to work in networking, you definitely need Cisco knowledge. In the mean time, you need certificate. 

You will get degree after you completed the course and passed the exams.

But, certification is never end. You have to renew once in a while or after certain period. It's really never ending as long as technology is in progress.

 

Choice is depends upon you.

IDCS or IADCS or BCIS or Master are academic and to proof your education.

CCNA or CCNP or CCIE or MCSE or MCITP are professional cert and to proof your skill.

The best is having both.

I think you if you want to become good Networking Engineer . You must learning the not only CISCO but also Microsoft server network because of when you go to aboard for job at this time you must have to know about Microsoft server network . if you have any question please feel free to contact me .

if your really interest in networking , your should choice CISCO rather than IADCS . because it will be shorter . Anyway my life , my experience in it is fewer other in MITP , my suggestion may be wrong .
