Bro !

I ' d to know about Virtualised  Server, Virtualised network , Virtualised Desktop means  and how to do that for running 24 hrs with them ?

Pls explain if you have time. Thanks

For easy example, VMWare software. it can help you to virtualised Hardware.

( more than one OS can run in one server)

VMWare ESXi v5 can directly install to bare metal server.

ESXi will change server into Virtual mode. ( http://ning.it/HxyxJ8)

To run 24hours, you need redundancy with VMotion stuff.

Hi all,

This is really interesting post. I have a few question? I saw here storage virtualise. Could help me to get more details to explore on that?

Also which is market recommendation for storage, emc, dell...........etc?

One more, let say if we have connection ygn to mdy with lease line for transction, if this line failed what is best option?

Sure, to get High Redundancy, we need VMotion.

The true separation of Hardware and Software.

Traditionally OS - Software are tie to Hardware. If hardware fail, the OS will fail..

There was stratus but it is quite expensive. Mostly banking industry are using it.

Recently .. Industry leaders like Cisco, VMware are try to find way to do HA in cheaper way..

In order to separate OS away for Hardware, you need some common sharing..

OS will talk to middle ware and middle ware will talk to Hardware..

Before virtualise, we need to install OS in C: or D: local storage.

To virtualise, we can't use local storage at all.

When VMotion activate, the OS will move to another server and your storage must move to..

It is depend on size of system and budget..

Normally Dell as SME and NetApps or EMC as Corporate.

Storage are more sensitive to latency. Unless you are using Sync Link Optimizer.

How big is your BW?
